Workstream Debuts Next-Generation Talent Management Suite
Industry’s First Talent Management 2.0 Solution Suite Delivers "No Boundaries" Product Unification, Built-in Analytical Dashboards and Out-of the-Box Globalization
Burlingame, CA, October 10, 2007 - Workstream Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTM), a leading provider of on-demand compensation, performance and talent management solutions, today launched Workstream TalentCenter 7.0, a landmark suite of talent management software that analysts are characterizing as the industry’s first “Talent Management 2.0” offering. Managed by Workstream in a state-of-the-art data center and designed with a web services architecture, TalentCenter 7.0 unifies best-of-breed talent management solutions from Workstream enabled through a Web 2.0 user interface. TalentCenter 7.0 provides built-in advanced analytics and dashboards, out-of-the-box multi-language and multi-currency support, a common reporting engine, a common security infrastructure, and user-definable, personalized workspaces. TalentCenter 7.0 was unveiled publicly for the first time today at the HR Technology conference in Chicago, IL and will be released for general availability during the current fiscal quarter ending November 30, 2007.

- Unification - “No Boundaries” Cross-Module Integration – TalentCenter 7.0 provides a common reporting and user-interface layer for all Workstream applications that far exceeds the basic integration capabilities of competitive systems by eliminating the boundaries between talent management modules.
