Workstream Announces Workstream Compensation 6.0
New Workstream Performance and Compensation Products Integrated to

the general availability of Workstream Compensation 6.0.
Already recognized as one of the premier, web-based Compensation
applications in the market today, the new 6.0 release
dramatically extends the Company’s pay for performance
solution capabilities.
Workstream Compensation 6.0 now allows HR administrators,
managers and employees to track employee performance against
organizational goals and link the results directly into
compensation planning. This cross-application linkage provides
a very efficient, integrated platform and items such as
compensation adjustments that are required outside of the
annual focal planning cycle can now be handled with relative
ease. Workstream Compensation 6.0 is also a flexible solution
that allows customers to easily configure and administer
the systems themselves, without IT intervention.
